张阳 博士，副教授，科研处副处长，天津市优秀博士学位论文获得者，天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第二层次人选，天津市优秀教师，天津市创新创业创优先进个人；入选天津市高校“中青年骨干创新人才培养计划”；中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会工业工程分会理事，天津市工业工程学会常务理事。主要研究领域为统计过程控制、实验设计、质量管理与质量工程。
近年来，主持和参与5项国家级、8项省部级科研项目；发表论文30余篇，研究成果获天津市社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖1项、三等奖1项；曾与西航430厂、中航618所、包头一机北创等企业进行质量管理方面的合作项目。
